Two groups of AmeriCorps young people; A group from Maryland and another from Denver showed the people and monks of Buu Mon Buddhist Temple what real American Volunteer Spirit is all about. They work tirelessly and with a great deal of comradeship and energy to help transform the Lotus, Water Lily, and Bamboo Gardens into shape for the upcoming Lotus and Bamboo festival held on June 7 and 8. We the monk's and staff offer our profound appreciation for all the efforts afforded us by these young people. May each of you be Blessed. BK

Thank you for sharing your poetry with us and most importantly for reminding us of the peacefulness we can find in the beauty of nature that surrounds us which we tend to forget exists. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your journey.
